Looking at this frame, I think that 1) the design of this badge is inspired by federal agencies style (shape, size, and internal elements are practically copied from the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service), but 2) there's what looks like a state seal in the center (like a white silhouette of Leonida on an azure blue background). Add to that the fact that in the previous frame, we see the character wearing a generic black “POLICE” bulletproof vest.
So, I’m saying this might be a reinterpretation of the FDLE —the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which is a sort of “State of Florida Bureau of Investigation.” I say reinterpretation because the real agency has a very different badge featuring a sunburst shape and an eagle, also in gold.
