suggestions on tools for content creation
I’ve had this vague idea of using a persona/character to create content with — mainly things like storytelling, gaming news, guides, and similar content within the gaming scene.
Right now, the two main things I’m looking for are:
- A tool for generating visuals/images Mostly for creating the character itself, but also environments, worlds, scenes, etc. The style would lean more towards anime/stylized rather than ultra-realistic.
- A tool for creating and using a voice for the character Something that sounds pleasant to listen to and not too monotone. I’ve been wondering if there are tools that can make voices sound more emotional or expressive as well.
So far I’ve experimented a bit with things like GPT, Leonardo AI for image generation, and ElevenLabs for voice generation.
They work pretty well for now, but I’m curious if there are better tools or workflows out there — especially when it comes to more natural/emotional voices.
I’d love to hear if any of you are doing something similar and what tools you’d recommend.
My hardware should be good enough for self-hosted/local setups too (9950X3D / RTX 5080), so I’m open to that route as well.
