Hello everyone,

Just another DIYer here celebrating the endless joy that is home ownership 😄

This is an external corner room.

~6 months ago we had a water event in that room that we thought was only from the inside. The cat peed in the corner and I ripped out drywall, flooring, trim, the works.

Dried everything and patched everything but like any good DIY project I did not end up gluing the floor and put the trim. I was getting to it, no need to remind me every month right?

Good thing I didn't.

We are in Texas and today I woke up and I saw water at the edge of the room (same corner as before) but it was a really good amount of water. Dried everything and raised the same floor that wasn't glued down (thank god). Ripped the drywall trying to find where the water is coming from.

For the life of me I can't find it. I see some evidence of water o n the wall (see pictures) but I can't see anything extremely obvious to patch over.

I have some pictures from the outside as well.

I took a garden hose and I was wetting the wall from the outside trying to see new evidence of water but nothing.

What should I do next?

Who do you even call in situations like this?
