So as the above thing, I'm currently playing a game of multiplayer, where in my shroud observation towers have lost their Zro upkeep as well as the improved output, it's now worse than the xeno lab.
I've sided with the events each time.

Does anyone know if I actually did something that caused this?

So, first misprint I've ever gotten, and I have no idea what to even qualify this as. So how would I go about judging what kind it is?
