Looking for someone with an answer. I tried to place an online order with Rosslyn this morning. Selecting the item it said “order qualifies for free shipping”. When my order page was complete the shipping charge showed $39.99

There is a selection on that screen for “other shipping options”. Two of the options were “free shipping”. Whichever I chose, the checkout screen hold on, still shows $39.99

Since I can find no answers to this issue on their site I thought I’d enter my issue here. Their online web tool for support is useless as it said “get right back to you” but after an hour or so I gave up. Should I just not order from Rosslyn?
