About to head back home (Johannesburg, SA) from Toronto, CA after more than a year. It's not my first time flying long-haul (obviously), but I dread it every time. My last flight from Dubai to Toronto I had 4 panic attacks and the flight attendants had to sit and calm me down lol.
This time I'm flying a shorter route (total 18~ hrs not counting layover) with prescribed Propranolol. Hopefully I have a smoother journey.
Wish me luck everyone!
