Hello everyone,

I currently drink a Brazilian arabica, that's rather on the lighter side of medium. It tastes of chocolate and nuts with a hint of cherry.

I tried Tetsu Kasuya's recipe and while I really enjoyed the clearness of the cup, it's just a little to tea like for my taste. So to my question: do you have recommendations on recipes that give a fuller bodied cup while still retaining some of the clear taste? I only brew the normal method, since I'm clumsy and already see myself spilling hot coffee everywhere.
