4th round, still haven’t heard back?

I’ve just had 4 rounds of interviews at a very successful print brand in London.

1st interview - CV/general experiences
2nd interview - task
3rd interview - culture fit
4th interview - chat with temp freelancer

The person who held the 1st 2 rounds and would be the one telling me if I’m successful has been on annual leave from April 26th to May 11th.

My 4th round was on April 30th.

I emailed to check in when he was back from Annual leave yesterday morning, but still haven’t heard anything.

Would you expect this from someone who has just been on annual leave for so long?

The interviews went extremely well, so I’m stressed that I’m having to chase.
