Starting Prep for my show this season

Hey ladies… I don’t post very often but thought I share where I am at for my show this season. I am a wellness competitor and 20 weeks out now. I did my first show as a wellness competitor (was a figure girly and last show I did was 2016 so I been away for a longggggggg time for medical and personal reasons…) in October 2025 where I lost 80 pounds for that so my goal was more of answering the questions of “do I still have the love for competing? Am I cut out for wellness? Which I am happy to say yes to the 1st question but the verdict is still out if I’m wellness or maybe bikini. But I love the wellness physique and very willing to grow accordingly so I guess that would answer that question based on my mindset. Anyways would love to hear any ideas on how to improve my glute projection in my poses and any other recommendations to grow my glutes and legs
