I have stutters and major frame drops on all graphic settings.

My specs:
Intel i7-14700f
RTX 4070 Super 12gb
16gm ram
The game installed on reliable, fast SSD

It mainly happens when exploring the world. I have engine fixed installed and some other windows changes to prioritize the game. Is this problem universal? Or has someone fixed this? Thanks!
