What if there is a community that has a natural monopoly on some rare resource. Ex they have lived for generations on a single plot of land. It's not a hypothetical, resource distribution on our planet is unequal.

What if they don't want to extract? What if they extract and use their monopoly power to fleece averyone around them through voluntary trade? What if that resource is necessary for health or wellbeing or energy transformation (or basicly anything else). Doesn't it make it much more difficult for anarchism?

I don't try to be a smartass. This is a good faith question.
