All suggestions to get my ID-card back are greatly appreciated.

In Doha Airport Lost & Found staff confirmed to me that my wallet and ID-card were found. They sent me running around the Airport to get it and then finally said I cannot pick it up myself and they'll ship it to Barcelona Airport for me. That was 3 months ago.

Since then: internal misrouting, broken promises, zero proactive contact, and my formal complaint email from 12 April has gone unanswered.

I've looked into QCAA but their process excludes cases where Doha was a transit point, which mine was.

Has anyone dealt with this? Is there any formal escalation path that actually works?
