Body Swapped Black Widow Custom
This is my latest mod where I bought an expensive figure (Hot Toys Iron Man 2 Black Widow) and swapped the parts with a cheap figure (Hot Toys 2021 Black Widow).
I love the new headsculpt and body, but I didn’t quite like the suit. It was incredible, but it’s blue. And yeah I probably could’ve painted it black, but I love the solo movie Black Widow design.
Not a very easy mod tbh, a lot of the parts are haphazardly, loosely connected (the top back pack straps, the drop down belt loops). I could probably buy new material to properly extend them but as of right now I’m happy with the result. Had to lose the magnet boots however, and that’s a shame but a crotch grabber stand is still appealing to me cause she DEFINITELY won’t fall lol
If anyone’s curious I do have the reverse, the 2021 Black Widow with the Iron Man 2 suit and it’s definitely the less nice looking mod.
