Today's dinner was savoury rice, roasted chicken and salad! Managed to hit 1200 calories for the day! Super stoked. Managing my weight loss with wegovy and changing my eating habits along with light exercise! Feeling good!
I was so nervous about my first injection. I watched the video over and over, did it and looked.. I had only done half the dose 😭 so I put the needle in a different spot and did the rest.. Will this have any negative effect? I feel so stupid!!
I have been going back and forth on starting for a while, a few of my family members have been on mourjano and lost so much weight! I did my research and I have gone with Wegovy! Just had my order approved and waiting for it to arrive!
My starting weight is 11st 3lbs at 4ft 10 - making my BMI 33!
My goal is to hit 7st 5lbs - reducing my BMI down to 23!
