I have been parking in front of Bralco Metals for years for games. It is a short walk to the stadium and it is a public street, which I verified today with the county land assessor's records. Apparently, a private towing company (Arizona All Valley Impound) is being a predator (shocking), sticking up their signs, and coming around during the middle of games to farm a bunch of towing fees from unsuspecting fans. I know my rights and refused to pay when I picked up my car since it was not authorized by any city authorities. I am posting this because I am wondering if anyone else has had the same experience. I plan on taking legal action because this is highly predatory and illegal. At the very least, if you also park there normally, be warned!
