I’m doing a training plan for a half marathon. Goal is sub 2 so ideally at a 9:09 pace or lower. The plan I have begun has my pacing way slower even up until a few weeks before with maybe 3 of the last miles of my long run at marathon pace.
Does this sound right to yall?
For reference it’s structured as:
Easy run
Workout run
Lift
Long run
