Recently been feeling this since last night, heart goes from relaxed to banging like Hell. I'm constantly feeling a tightness in my throat, as if I'm short of breath, but I can breathe fine. On occasion I can also feel a lump in my throat, just above the collarbone. Should I contact emergency services about this?
Gonna be ringing the doctors tomorrow anyways, cos it does have me concerned.
