I'm 22, 6'1 and my weight fluctuates heavily between 60-64kgs. I recently tried a meal plan to get my calorie intake up because I only eat I'm guessing 1500 calories a day max. The meal plan was extremely difficult cause I had to force myself through every meal. I don't feel unhealthy, I don't have energy issues, i just eat when I feel like it. I've always been a skinny guy and I purely wanna put some weight on to see what I look like without protruding shoulder bones. I recently purchased a 5kg bag of Optimum Nutrition mass gainer powder because the serving sizes were 2500 calories and I plan to have half a serving size twice a day. It's only now that I'm thinking it may have been an impulse buy and I could've bought a better product that wasn't just calorie dense. The sugar levels are off the chain and the scoops are far bigger than I thought. I'm aware I'm dumb, Ive never used protein powders. What should I eat to make sure my diet is still well balanced with this influx of protein powder I'll be having?

Also I'm a farmer so I'm regularly "working out" in the sense that I'm doing physical labour daily which is why I think it's also difficult to lose weight with my current calorie intake
