Rifaximin - 4 weeks?
Hi all,
Has anyone else been prescribed x2 Rifaximin a day for a period of 4 weeks?
I so wanna pull the pin at 2 weeks.
First round (14 days x 2 a day) was in November, 2nd Round was in mid January (14 days x 2 a day)and now 4 weeks at 2 a day.
Seems so long, 10 days in, I’m struggling (may be unrelated to meds). Not to mention its cost a fortune. I am Australia (if that makes any difference).
I’ve been so ill with chronic bloating, gas, discomfort for 4 years. Lost all quality of life.
I have this amazing lovely ‘do anything to get me well husband’ and 3 sons, so I’m truely blessed.
Might I add I’ve seen every Dr, specialist, had ever tear, been dismissed from hospital etc.
you know the drill 🫣😂.
Currently almost carnivore. Keto-carnivore… but almost there.
