Hi there, as the title says, I've just had my Endo prior to getting my presecription for HRT - but I'm getting horrible anxiety about it all, likely due to the idea of change in general. Not that I'm against the changes anymore, but with my Autism and Anxiety combo, I always end up struggling with change a lot, even if its something I want.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to cope, or if anyone who has felt similar has any experience with magaing this.

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone who had been with Dr Hammond for their Endo could help me?

Despite my video link saying that it should allow me to test, it kind of just a countdown timer for my appointment with nothing else popping up outside of the time.

Is this normal? Just worried it won't work for the consultation.
