I recently noticed that my labret piercing seems "sunken" into my lip. I got it pierced November 2025 and got this specific piece of jewelry about 2-3 moths ago (after all the swelling went away). I went to the same person that originally pierced me, and they picked out this length of the jewelry after trying some different sizes.

Is it normal for it to look like that, or will it cause problems in the future (like growing in). It doesn't hurt or anything, and I barely notice it's there most of the time.
