Before and after with Tirzepatide

Started tirzepatide with nexlife back in March 2025 and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results so far. The biggest difference for me hasn’t even just been the weight loss, it’s how much better I feel overall. Less food noise, better control around eating, and way more consistency without feeling drained all the time.

At this point I’m just microdosing at 0.3 mg for maintenance and it’s been enough for me personally. Feels sustainable and a lot easier to manage long term.

Definitely one of the better health decisions I’ve made in a while

Macrodosing Tirzepatide

Been experimenting with microdosing tirzepatide the past few weeks and honestly it’s been kinda interesting. Didn’t wanna do the whole “drop appetite to zero and feel dead” route, so I started super low dose just to see if it would help with food noise and late night eating.

So far it’s way more subtle than I expected. Mostly just not thinking about food 24/7 and portions naturally smaller without forcing it. Energy’s been normal too which I was worried about.

Ended up going through nexlife because they were one of the few that actually explained the dosing process instead of pushing max doses immediately. Curious if anyone else here’s doing the microdose approach instead of standard escalation.

Is Semaglutide safe compared to other weight loss medications?

Compounded semaglutide may be prescribed by licensed providers and dispensed by state-licensed compounding pharmacies when medically necessary. All medications undergo testing for potency and sterility, but as compounded preparations, they have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Worth mentioning…
