I work as an assistant PD on small reality style shoots, mostly casual group scenes, room chats, dinner table moments, and people moving around.

The issue is that 2 mics are never enough once 3 or 4 people start talking naturally. Someone is always off mic, or the best line comes from the person we did not mic.

I heard DJI might be doing a smaller 4TX setup with internal recording. For this kind of word, would you wait for that, or just add another current mic kit?
