Hi! New here 👋🏻 found this Gold Indian Head in my Grandfathers safe.

I saw this while rummaging through my Poppops coins he had in a ziplock bag and asked him for it. He is a Vietnam Veteran and has a lot of things he’s collected over the years; I was curious if anyone thinks that it would be worth it to get graded or something. I don’t plan on ever getting rid of it and would like to take better care of it than he did so any advice or suggestions are appreciated! For a coin that’s over 100 years old, it should probably be cared for better. Thanks for your time!!
