So im a beginner and starting out to commit to this full body Routine yesterday after picking out recommendatoins from the FAQ.

im 38 years old 174cm 74kg and have been on a sedentary lifestyle for a long time with a desk job. i have a fairly wide frame, but have skinny fat on the stomach/ hips area.

my arms are the bottle neck and i cant even do a push up or pull up without the body shutting down on me. so like every newbie ive spent a lot of time researching and picked out some easy exercises to build my arm strength, while i progress to harder ones.

of course while i avoid sugar and alcohol as much as possible, i drink 60g protein worth of pure soy isolate daily and 3 eggs, not including normal portion of meals which include some sort of protein like chicken pork or tofu and some carbohydrates and vegetables. i try to maintain around 400 cal deficit a day

i fast from 8pm to 12pm next day, and workout every alternate days (following days are rest days). workouts are always scheduled before Lunch which break my fast. On most days a week i power walk at 8 incline in the evenings after dinner.

My goal is to reach a lean and muscular defined look , and not a balloon. Is my routine sensible or is something else missing from a full body work out.
