I'm very (very) new to the game. I've been flying the Flight Design CTSL for my flightseeing company and feel really confident with it now. Switching to a cargo company with a Cessna 172 has been a shock to the system!

I've only done 3 flights with it so far. The first 2 I absolutely wrecked on landing, absolute carnage, it made the national news. The third landing I was so careful. I felt really good about it and it felt like a clean landing but it totally wrecked the landing gear.

I feel like I'm missing something, any advice? Thanks for the help so far, you guys have really improved my game <3

I'm starting to do jobs that begin and end in fields. I'm always getting penalised for landing in the wrong place but how am I supposed to identify where the "runway" is?!?
