That looks like a delicious find! This specific snack is a chocolate-drizzled version of a traditional Nanbu Senbei (wheat cracker) from the Tsugaru region of Aomori, Japan.
These are so crispy and have a lovely, rustic taste. If you ever come across them, definitely give them a try👍
