Is The Essential Judge Death collection complete?

I’ve beeb looking for comics to pad out my collection, and they’re all pretty easy to figure out where they fit and what they include in their collections, but Judge Death has given me issues. The information is rather sparse on it, and i’d just like a second opinion.

I just need to know, is his essential collection more or less complete?

So, I was reading Predator: Nemesis, when I was shocked to Mycroft show up, and they confirm, without saying his name, that Sherlock is his brother.

Anyway, they say that Sherlock can’t solve the case (which yes, is the Predator from the 1987 movie), because he is out of the country. My question is: from an in-universe perspective, where could Sherlock be? Obviously the out of universe explanation may just be “we didn’t have the rights” but I was curious if there were any Sherlock stories that took place outside of London.

This story takes place in 1896, if that helps.
