I remember a post here regarding the process someone had for making chuck steak tender and more palatable. I can't find the post where someone said they sear them in a cast iron skillet, I believe - then cook them in the over for a few hours. They turn out super sweet.

I love my chucks - but airfry them (and they don't turn out especially tender - actually not at all). I'm looking for how people cook them to fall apart goodness!

Appreciate any help provided!
