Our Pomeranian is 12 weeks old and we got him last week. When we have been taking him out on walks or even in garden he tries to eat everything, rocks, dirt, flowers, any poop etc. Anything and everything.
We have been trying to teach leave it but he is only just getting the hang of sit let alone leave it lol. He seems to think outside is a free for all for snacks.
Another issue is he will go to the toilet outside in the morning but will not toilet outside the rest of the time and will only go in the house. Even if I pick him up mid toilet and rush him outside he won’t do it, he gets too busy trying to eating things outside lol. He will then do it on the carpet as soon as we are back inside. He has a pen but also has no problem going to toilet in there and will lie in it or try to play in it.
Has anyone else had these issues like this with their pups ? Any tips or advice with both toilet training and eating things?
