Traffic build up due to waiting taxis and autos and cars trying to get into Phoenix mall parking.

I asked the guys at Phoenix why they don’t push out the waiting autos and taxis. The guy said it’s not their problem.

On further thought, I even if they tried to manage that mess, Pune autos and taxis don’t listen to anyone.

Just frustrating that common man is always the one left to suffer without anyone to look to.
