After a long time searching and some curiosity mixed in, here is this Sony PVM-1443MD from 1993.

A medical unit originally used in a hospital in Madrid.

600 TVL, no service menu, but it arrived practically impeccable without the need for major adjustments. I would just like to find a Sony badge/logo since this one doesn't have it.

A perfect choice for my retro corner and especially for 240p content.
