I have to likely represent myself as I have little money at the time and not legally intellectually capable as lawyers. First and foremost. I already went to superior court and called all of the sources , they are always “busy”
I do not wish to divulge my entire story of this ,
But, court order of protection filed against Me. Why was it filed? Because my ex, posted a defamatory video that got 110m views. 95% of her likes, views, follower growth has come from this.
She staged allegations of fear for her safety and “threatening harassment” (bc I told them I was worried about this affecting my eligibility and if they do no remove I would have to take this civil cease and desist. And explicitly said I wanted to prevent that, and settle out of court. I have evidence that show her definition of harassment is me stating the above.
If she appears, I will have to cross-examine her. She will not be able to provide evidence of anything regarding her safety, or her families. In fact, her dad initiated a “man-man” meet up to discuss this. Deceiving way to serve me the court order.
I am so stressed. I don’t care about wtf she does with her social media at this point , I just need this quashed so that I am not ineligible for the scholarship.
I’m 25, me and her had a codependency fentanyl addiction, which we got sober together from. I wasted so much of my time and potential and that is another thing affecting my security clearance eligibility. But I am confident in that, it is 5+ years, I have successfully rehabilitated and completed orders of my plea.
Her allegations and court order of protection , as I said there is zero documentation to show of any nature. The harassment was me telling them I am going to have to make this civil if they cannot take the videos down.
I should have just not let the videos get to me,
But it’s defamatory and false narrative , and I had alot of people send hateful things about me regarding that.
My simple goal: quash this order, get my scholar ship for service with USSF, go to Houston.
I am already enrolled in a Houston commmunity college with plans to return to in person classes next semester.
That, along with discrediting I have never been a safety threat , is my goal. I am not focused
On removal of videos , I want the order quashed and my scholarship and in Houston. Never speak to their family again.

I’ve called all the numbers provided at the superior court in Phoenix , and so far they are always busy.
I don’t know what to do, and I don’t know why they would appear and fight for this , based on what I have said.
