I genuinely can’t live like this I’m tryna find any type of medicine I can use to breath normally again why are there so many ppl who are just okay living like this man 💔💔💔

Is it rly just inflammation from acid ? I’ve seen ppl say it’s Pepsin being stuck in the throat that causes it ? Is there a concrete answer ? Bc I’m still rly confused

ITs 5 am where I am rn, for the past couple of months I’ve been randomly waking up to horrible stomach pain. So bad that I become dizzy 😭 and I think taking Pepcid stops it ? But there have been times where i didn’t take it and it still went away, so like Idk what’s causing it idk if this is a symptom of lpr, can someone help me ?
