Rebellious Caine [OC]

Just realized that Caine could possibly either be in his late teens to early twenties. I remember hearing that TADC takes place in 2015 (I don’t wanna spread misinformation so please correct me if I’m wrong). Kinger joined 1999. So, either Caine was also created 1999 (making him sixteen) or the “seven years of computer science” line that I originally assumed meant how long he spent studying in college is actually how long they were working on Caine (making him twenty three). Either way, it’s a funny idea to make a rebellious Caine.
