Resource: Radiant Reference Cards
Hello! I'm GMing my first campaign in the Cosmere RPG, and because we're playing in person, I've loved having quick-reference resources for myself and my players. As such, I decided I wanted to make some additional reference materials to supplement the player quick reference sheet and help my players' ability to jump right in as they become Radiant.
These are the two types of cards I made:
- Radiant Actions cards: summaries of the basic stormlight and spren actions every Radiant gets
- Basic Surge cards: one card for each playable Radiant Order with the rules for the basic uses of their surges, with one surge on each side of the card
These cards definitely don't replace reading their respective chapters (especially when it comes to the Division, Transformation, Illumination surges), but the goal was that they'd help make basic summaries of players' options available without needing to flip through the handbook (and so they don't need to write every detail on their character sheet for their own reference either).
I'm looking forward to getting to hand one of the surge cards to whichever of my players speaks the First Ideal first (and all the ones after), and I hope they can be a valuable resource at others' tables too.
