The Institute has coursers , but why is there no other ‘unit’ like that in the other factions?
For example, the coursers come after you if you’re enemies with the Institute.
But why is there no other “special ops” unit with the other factions if you’re enemies with them?
I guess the Minutemen don’t really that sort of organization, but the Brotherhood of Steel should at least have some kind of special tactical unit for going after dangerous enemies/the player.
Maybe even the Railroad (as few as they are) would have some kind of people who know the entire area of Boston well and can ambush anyone with stealth and sniper tactics.
