Suggestion: Add Elvia skills into normal skill rotation
It's 2026: You have a free skill for most classes(edited) that isn't used.
We're actively adjusting for PvP and DR meta? The data is already there. Just remove the "Elvia" rule and give everyone a new skill to their kit.
