From my brief research I’ve gotten conflicting ish opinions on sugar ants. I’ve been dealing with them for years and have seen a recent uptick with spring starting. I saw on dendroboard that some people feed sugar ants? I’ve just today started to see some in my auratus enclosure. They’re the only frogs I have and it has me worried. I haven’t seen a crazy amount but looking in on there enclosure briefly I do see a large amount climbing through leaf litter. They seem to be going off dead fruit flies possibly from over feeding (however not entirely sure they aren’t preying on live ones from today/ previous feedings). Is this a large problem? Assuming they don’t become at home and start a nest in the enclosure? Just looking for recommendations/ experiences before I tear the enclosure apart locating and removing the frogs.
