First timer needs some advice and support

I have lots of questions and looking for some support on this journey. I am 40 in May, 5 foot 6 and 150 lbs. I’m trying to do as low as 20 carbs but same days are a tad higher. Trying to hit minimum 80 grams of protein and at least 40 grans of fat. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and walking 5,000 steps a day. I work as a cleaner so active when cleaning homes. I I still have a couple low carb alcoholic drinks a week but am also doing IF 20:4-20:6 ending food by 8 and can’t fall asleep before midnight. Would love to change that. My meals are mostly fish as I live in Alaska, sardines with mustard, low mercury tuna packs for quick and easy protein when on the go and hungry, Costco rotisserie chicken, moose and steak for meat also don’t mind tofu to mix it up. Pumpkin and hempseed shakes with vanilla extract, cinnamon, tablespoon of chia seed, collagen and unsweetened macadamia nut or almond milk and water. Love blueberries but trying to keep my sugar super low for now. Greens mix with a tiny bit of balsamic and extra virgin olive oil with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast. Lots of avocados and guac with my main meal. Snacks are pickles, low sodium regular beef jerky. Also add Kim chi and sauerkraut to some meals. Veggies are broccoli, asparagus, artichokes, cucumbers and my soups have celery, carrot, garlic and onion. I also drink Yerba mate and hibiscus flowers with no sugar in the morning and a pinch of Baja gold in my water everyday. Have downloaded the free version of my fitness pal for tracking macros and open to any other suggestions for apps. I did order a glucose and ketone blood tracker just to see where my levels are in the beginning but know it’s not the most important. I’m open to all advice and tips and excited to see where this path leads
