Help please : i was driving my peugeot t7 1.6 hdi on highway and suddenly this alert showed up, what could be the cause ?

Hello everyone, recently I added a Bluetooth module to my peugeot 308 t7 radio unit but the sound quality is very bad, i even try to add just a audio jack port but the same problem. Any ideas ?
