I posted a couple a couple weeks ago about getting a Brigadier and trying to figure out what best to buy with the $200 in Beretta bucks rebate. Well, I got on their Live Chat today on Beretta.com before I bought anything to ask if they will ship mag releases, barrels, etc. to California now that the stupid AB 1263 law is in effect.
The chat agent checked and told me I'd have to go through an FFL to buy the accessories.

California sucks and just makes everything lame, difficult, and annoying.
So PSA if you bought a Beretta during this rebate period, choose the prepaid visa card instead because spending the Beretta bucks is going to be a hassle if you want to buy parts or accessories.
