Wanted to see if anyone of y'all has a solution for this.

TLDR: G HUB stuck on "Loading Applications" section, NOT the common infinite loading issue. App was previously working some months ago. Already tried all Logitech's troubleshooting, seeking help here.

So, I just recently bought an Astro A20X because my current headset's mic is failing and I wanted to switch to a headset with a good mic.

I decided to open G HUB just to make sure it was working well before my headset arrived (I previously had it installed to play around the settings of my G600 around a year ago), but when I tried to open in today, it kept getting stuck on the loading screen I have shared on this post. After a while, it just gives me the "Something went wrong" message and asks me to either send a report or to restart.

I have already attempted the troubleshooting found on the following pages:

I tried looking for other posts on reddit talking about the issue, but most of them are about the infinite loading screen issue, which is different to this one (at least from what I can tell).

I did notice that, whenever I restarted the GHUB app, I would get a notification about my mouse's DPI settings, meaning that it is mildly working since it is detecting the mouse.

I also contacted CS and they suggested to restart my modem since it could be an ISP issue, but it didn't work. I also tested with my phone's data roaming and a neighbor's Wi-Fi that they shared with me.

I will test to see if it works on my partners PC, but even if it does, what I want is to use it on MY pc. I did download the mobile app version and that one is working perfectly so far
