Does anyone know which scenario would result in more damage over the course of a stage?

- WTZ of a given type vs Type Rebuff of a given type

- EX WTZ vs multiple stacks of Type Rebuff of a given type

I know that these amplify damage to some extend but I'm not aware of what the multipliers are. I know that EX WTZ is more potent than base WTZ but that's about it in terms of damage multipliers.

Had this run earlier today in Grass Tower floor 27, not the most annoying since it's only my first attempt but still irked me a bit.
