Back when I first started renting (early-00's in Utah, mid-10's in Seattle) Craigslist was my go-to source for simple, non-corporate, non-giant-building-with-amenities-nobody-uses apartment rentals. What sites are people using these days to find those hidden-gem type of rentals, ideally from a landlord who's renting out their old condo because they bought a house in the burbs, or a duplex/triplex/quadplex situation?
Also more specifically, if anyone has tips for dog-friendly 1- or 2-bedroom units in the Wallingford area coming available this summer, I'd be obliged for recommendations!
