D4: Ninh Binh
D5: Hanoi
But recently I found out that September 2, 2026 our arrival date, is also the National/Independence Day of Vietnam. Our Hanoi Sightseeing Bus is scheduled by Day 1.
Do you think its feasible? If not, should I skip Ninh Binh so I can just focus on Hanoi at Day 4?
