Does anyone know if the dragon ball fusions version that is on the Hshop is the censored one?

When the game came out it had some stupid censorship where all the swords were replaced by sticks but there was a patched version that reverted all the stupid censorship.

I wanted to play it again but I can't find the uncensored version anywhere.

Hi, I am sorry if this is a stupid question but my 3ds was modded by a friend of mine years ago and I only recently started using it again. My system version is 11.6.0-39E. Is it safe if I donwload the latest system version? I updated luma and gm9 to their latest versions. I don't know if there is anything else I need to update before updating the system.
