I didn't find anything on the wiki about this after a brief perusal, but it doesn't strike me as looking randomly generated, especially with the multiple zone construction and lack of dead ending hallways. The three bodies in the second image were there when I got there, 2 snapjaws and a human, no loot apart from some cider and wine in the jars and bottles, and a Sultan fact from the statue. It struck me as interesting to stumble across, since I've not seen an unmarked location apart from the old Trembling Dunes. The entrance is in the north of the parasang. This is a Joppa-start run and it's two parasangs south of there in this run.

Edit: It's the tutorial apparently, interesting that it spawns in when you aren't using a tutorial start.
