Hey,
I don’t really know how to write this without sounding like I’m just complaining, but I’m honestly pretty stuck.

I built a SaaS to help small academies sell courses online and automate enrollments. The product is fully functional — not a landing page, not a prototype. Real backend, frontend, payments, everything working end-to-end.

For context, I’m a senior backend developer and I work on one of the top apps in Spain (10M+ users), so building the product itself is not the issue here.

That’s actually what makes this more frustrating.

I’ve:
Talked to 50+ potential customers
Tried cold calls, emails, DMs
Changed messaging multiple times
Ran Google Ads (mostly low-quality traffic)
And still nothing.

No one is willing to pay. Most people aren’t even curious. A lot of conversations end with a quick “not interested” or they cut me off before I can even explain properly.

What’s messing with my head is that I don’t feel like I built something broken or useless. On paper, it solves a real problem. But in reality, it feels like the problem just isn’t painful enough for anyone to care.

So now I’m stuck between:
keep pushing
completely change the positioning
or just kill it and move on

I’m giving it about a month more before making a decision.
If you’ve been in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate your perspective.
How did you know whether to push through or quit?
Thanks for reading.
