I’ve been obsessing over sleep and circadian rhythm for the past few months because my own schedule got completely wrecked.

Not just “sleeping late,” but the weird kind where:

  • your brain feels awake at 2 AM
  • you’re exhausted during the day
  • caffeine stops working properly
  • you get the 3 PM crash
  • you feel “tired but wired”

I realized most sleep apps mainly track sleep, but don’t really help fix the behavior/timing side of it.

So I started building a small app around:

  • circadian rhythm repair
  • sunlight timing
  • caffeine cutoff timing
  • NSDR / nervous system downregulation
  • recovery protocols
  • late-night “SOS” routines

A few early users said it genuinely helped them shift their sleep schedule earlier and feel less destroyed during the day.

I’m still very early and trying to improve it.

So I’m looking for around 10 people who:

  • consistently sleep too late
  • feel exhausted during the day
  • have unstable sleep timing
  • doomscroll at night
  • feel like their nervous system is “stuck on”

I’d love honest feedback — not fake praise.

If you’re interested, comment or DM me:

  • your usual sleep time
  • wake-up time
  • biggest sleep issue

I’ll send you the app and personally help you test protocols for a few days.

No payment or anything.
Just trying to build something actually useful.

I’m done with passive sleep charts. Knowing I had a "35% sleep score" never actually helped me feel better the next day. It just gave me something to worry about.

I tried a different approach, and it actually works.

I spent the last few months building Circa Accord. It’s not another tracker; it’s a system rooted in Stoic discipline and neuroscience. The goal is simple: focus on what you can control—your daytime actions—to engineer your nighttime recovery.

Why Stoicism? Because habits require more than just "reminders"—they require a philosophy of discipline. I built this to bridge the gap between "I know I should get sunlight" and actually doing it. It’s about taking the biological "must-dos" and turning them into an unbreakable daily protocol.

How I’m using it to stay sharp:

Actionable Protocols: Instead of just data, it gives me a dynamic checklist. It calculates the exact biological windows for morning light, caffeine cut-offs, and deep work based on my data.

The "Circuit Breaker" (NSDR & 4-7-8): When the day gets chaotic, I use the built-in NSDR sessions to reset my nervous system. It’s a game-changer for focus.

Melatonin Protection: At night, the whole UI shifts to a monochromatic Red Light Mode. No more nuking my brain with blue light just because I wanted to check my schedule.

The "No BS" Privacy Part:

I’m a big believer in digital sovereignty. Circa Accord is 100% local. No external servers, no cloud, no data harvesting. Your habits and health data stay on your device, where they belong.

Give it a spin:

Most of the core protocols are completely free. If you want the deep-dive analytics and advanced modes, there’s a premium tier, but the heart of the app is accessible to everyone.

I’m looking for honest feedback from people who are tired of passive tracking and want to actually do the work. What’s missing from your current routine?

Stay disciplined,

Kade

🧠 How It Works (The Core Logic)

It operates on a simple 3-step loop:

  1. Assess: It evaluates your personal health data and asks about your specific daily routines.

  2. Advise: Based on your baseline, it delivers highly targeted protocols and actionable advice.

  3. Act: It builds a dynamic daily checklist that guides your day from morning to night.

🎯 Beyond Just Sleep

Circa Accord isn't just for fixing insomnia. Because circadian rhythms dictate our entire biology, the targeted advice modes are designed for:

Athletes: Optimizing physical performance, muscle recovery, and rest cycles.

Deep Workers: Maximizing daytime mental clarity and focus blocks.

Physical Well-being: Targeted advice for anti-aging and maximizing your appearance through optimal recovery routines.

✨ Key Features & Highlights

Neuroscience Tools: Includes guided 4-7-8 breathing techniques for insomnia and offers NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) sessions to help you decompress during the day.

Smart Timed Nudges: The daily checklist sends you environmental cues at the exact right time—reminding you when to get morning sunlight, your precise caffeine cut-off time, and when to stop exposure to artificial blue light at night.

Deep Analytics & Reports: Tracks your behavioral history (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly). If you maintain a streak for a week or a month, the app compiles a comprehensive, deep-dive sleep and habit report.

Sensory UI & Widgets: Fully supports Home Screen widgets. It comes with 6 beautiful UI color schemes and a dedicated Red Light Mode to actively protect your melatonin levels at night.

🔒 100% Local Privacy

I care deeply about health data privacy. Circa Accord stores all your information locally on your device. There are no external databases, no hidden servers collecting your data, and zero risk of your personal habits being leaked.

If you look past the green blood and the Weyland-Yutani logos, Predator: Badlands stops being a sci-fi action flick and turns into a highly formulaic, modern progressive (Baizuo) allegory. The filmmakers aren't even trying to hide the metaphorical mapping anymore. Let’s break down what these characters actually represent.

1. The "White Female Savior" and the "Marginalized Male"

Thia might literally be an android, but in the film's subtext, she is undeniably coded as the progressive White female protagonist. Who does she team up with? Dek. A non-white, dreadlocked, physically imposing but ultimately marginalized and oppressed outcast in his own society. He is the clear stand-in for the marginalized minority male. Together, their entire mission is to dismantle the existing power structure.

2. The Destruction of the White Male / Patriarchal Order

The film's treatment of traditional white male archetypes is extremely telling. They are reduced to caricatures meant to be humiliated. There is a specific scene where the White female-coded Thia casually stomps and crushes a white male grunt's head—it’s pure ideological catharsis for the writers.

Furthermore, the film rigidly adheres to the modern Hollywood rule: There can be no strong, emotionally stable, positive father figures. The father must either be a toxic, abusive tyrant (like the clan leader) or a weakling. The ultimate goal isn't just survival; it's explicitly Patricide. The younger, progressive generation must violently overthrow and replace the father.

3. The One-Eyed Motif and Antichrist Symbolism

This is where the symbolism gets genuinely dark. Notice the imagery surrounding Thia and her sister. There is that pivotal scene where Thia deliberately disguises herself with a one-eyed appearance specifically to deceive and manipulate a white male character. In classical symbolism, the one-eyed deceiver is a direct reference to the Antichrist—a force that uses profound deception and illusion to tear down the established order. She blinds the old establishment with her facade.

4. The "Kalisk" as the Ultimate Eastern Threat

Then there is the Kalisk. If you think this is just a random alien monster, look at its physical design: the long, drooping tendrils (mimicking a Fu Manchu mustache), the wide-set, bulging eyes, the thick lips, the constant spitting. It is a textbook, almost racist, "Yellow Peril" caricature updated for the 21st century. It represents the modern geopolitical anxiety of the West: an unkillable, untamable, highly regenerative superpower from the "East" that simply cannot be controlled.

The Final Subversion:

Look at the final configuration of our "heroes" at the end of the movie. We are left with the White female synthetic, the marginalized non-white male, and their adopted "exotic/Asian-coded" alien pup (Bud). It is the ultimate deconstruction and replacement of the traditional nuclear family.

They used the Predator franchise as a Trojan horse for their social engineering. Once you see the subtext, you can't unsee it.

True recovery doesn't happen by chance. It happens by design.

Circa Accord is a neuroscience-based circadian rhythm optimizer. It focuses on active behavioral conditioning—guiding your daily habits to perfectly align your biological clock with the natural world.

It creates a dynamic, elegant daily flow anchored to your local sunrise and sunset, bringing structure to the routines that actually move the needle:

☀️ Solar-Synced Anchors: Exact timing for morning sunlight exposure to set a healthy cortisol rhythm.

☕️ Caffeine Blocks: Precise cut-off calculations to ensure a smooth, natural transition into the evening.

🧠 Offline Neuro-Tools: Built-in NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) and 4-7-8 breathing sessions for rapid nervous system resets.

🩸 Melatonin Protection: An automated Red Light Mode that completely shifts the UI to protect evening melatonin levels.

The core features are completely free to use. I’d love to invite this community to experience the UI, the haptics, and the protocol flow.

If the design or the concept resonates with you, leaving a quick, honest review on the App Store would be a massive help for the algorithm.

Hello,

I'm the developer behind Circa Accord. Most sleep apps on the market do a great job of showing you charts of how poorly you slept, but they don't actually help you fix your daytime habits to improve it.

I built Circa Accord to bridge that gap. It’s a circadian rhythm optimizer that focuses on behavioral conditioning and neuroscience.

🧠 How It Works (The Core Logic)

It operates on a simple 3-step loop:

  3. Act: It builds a dynamic daily checklist that guides your day from morning to night.

🎯 Beyond Just Sleep
